View health problems

Optional prerequisites for the task.

About this task

The Health problems web part displays the following basic information about each health problem.
Field Description
Info From The source from which the health problem information was retrieved.
Problem The name of the health problem.
Onset The date the health problem started.
Status Designates the health problem as either Active or Inactive.

Procedure

  1. In the Show Records from checkbox, select a source from which to display your health problems.
    • Select Sunrise to view the health problems stored in your patient record.
    • Select Microsoft HealthVault to view the health problems stored in your personal health record.
  2. Click the problem name to view the health problem details.

Add health problems

Use Health Problems Detail to copy a health problem from your patient record to your personal health record. You can also add a new health problem to a personal health record from Health Problems Detail.

About this task

Note: To perform either of these tasks, your Sunrise Patient Portal™ account must be connected to a personal health record.

Procedure

  1. To copy a health problem from your patient record to your personal health record, click Copy to Microsoft HealthVault.

    The health problem is copied to your personal health record.

  2. To add a new health problem to a personal health record, click Add to PHR.

    Health Problem Details refreshes with blank fields.

  3. Enter the applicable information on Health Problem Details.
  4. Click Save.

    Health Problem Details closes and the health problem is added to your personal health record.

Update health problems

About this task

From this site, you can update health problem information stored in a personal health record.

Procedure

  1. Click the health problem name to open the Health Problem Details window.
  2. Update the information for the health problem.
  3. Click Save.

    The updated information is saved to your personal health record.

Delete health problems

Use Health Problem Details to delete health problems from a personal health record.

About this task

Note: You can only delete health problems from a personal health record. You cannot delete health problems from your patient record.

Procedure

  1. Click Delete from PHR.

    A confirmation message is displayed.

  2. Click OK.

    The health problem is deleted from the personal health record.

Print health problems

Procedure

  1. Select the check box for the health problem.
  2. Click PDF Print Preview

    File Download opens.

  3. Click Open.

    A PDF Print Preview window opens, displaying the health problem information.

  4. Click Print.

    The Print Options window opens.

  5. Select your print options and then click OK.

    The health problem information is printed.

  6. Close the Print Preview window.
