View user statistics

The User Statistics web part shows the average number of users who logged on to the site over the past day, 7 days, or 30 days. Site administrators can use the web part to get a glimpse of the site activity over the 3 time periods.

Site activity is charted on a bar graph. The x-axis of the graph represents each hour of the day. The y-axis of the graph represents the average number of users who logged on. For each time period you select, the graph displays the average number of users who logged on to the site during each hour of the day.

Note: If you host Sunrise Patient Portal™ across multiple servers, the user statistics are collected from each server and displayed as aggregated data.

Note: Because there is caching on each server, it is possible that the statistics pulled from the database for each server is not as current as the cache on each server.

To view user statistics, select a time period over which to view the user statistics. The graph displays the average number of users who logged on during each hour of the day over the selected time period.

To refresh the statistics information, click the refresh user stats icon icon. The user statistics are updated on the bar chart.
