I Want To web part

The I Want To web part provides task-oriented shortcuts for performing common tasks in Sunrise Patient Portal™. The web part enables you to quickly perform several tasks.

• View or send messages - Opens the Messages page where you can log onto Secure Health Messaging to send a message to your care provider.
  Note: You must have a Secure Health Messaging account.
• View appointments - Opens Appointments where you can view your scheduled appointments.
• Request an appointment - Opens Appointment Request where you can request an appointment with your care provider.
• View medical information - Opens Medical Info where you can view your medical information, including test results, allergies, health problems, medications, care plans, immunizations, and blood glucose measurements.
• Request a prescription renewal - Opens Prescription Renewal Request where you can request a renewal for a prescription.
• View personal information - Opens Personal Info where you can view your personal information, including care providers, employers, contacts, insurance, and demographic information.
• View bills - Opens Billing Info where you can view your billing information.
• Set my account preferences - Opens Preferences where you can change your password, update account information, and connect or disconnect to your patient record in your care provider's system or your personal health record.
