After your Sunrise Patient Portal™ account is connected to your personal health record, you will be able to view, add, update, and delete information stored in it. You can also copy information stored in your patient record with your care provider to your personal health record. To do this, your Sunrise Patient Portal™ account must be connected to both your patient record and your personal health record.

If another person has shared their personal health record with you, you can connect their health record to your Sunrise Patient Portal™ account to manage the information they have stored in it.
