The Care Plans web part displays events that have been assigned
to you by your care provider as part of your ongoing health maintenance.
For each event, the following information is displayed:
- The frequency with which the event should occur, according to your age range
- The event due date
- The most recent date the event was last completed
- The wellness schedule the event belongs to, if applicable
