PHR blood-glucose measurements

The Blood-Glucose Measurements web part displays blood-glucose measurements that are stored in personal health records connected to your account.

You can use the PHR Blood-Glucose Measurements web part to perform several tasks.

View blood-glucose measurements

Before you begin

When viewing blood-glucose measurements, you must specify a time frame from which to display measurements. You can either select one of the preset time frames or select a custom date range. The following preset time frames are available:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 14 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 6 months
  • Last 9 months
  • Last 12 months

Custom date ranges can be selected using the From and To boxes. In these fields you can either type the dates or use the calendar tool to select a date range.

Procedure

  1. Select a time frame using one of the preset time intervals, or by entering a custom date range.
  2. Use the List and tabs to select your preferred view.
  3. Use the radio buttons to select measurement units.

Add a blood-glucose measurement

You can use Sunrise Patient Portal™ to add new blood-glucose measurements to a personal health record.

Procedure

  1. Click Add New.

    Blood-Glucose Details is displayed.

  2. Enter the applicable information.
  3. Click Save.

Results

The new measurement is added to the personal health record.

Delete blood-glucose measurements

Procedure

  1. Select the check box for the measurement.
  2. Click Delete.

    A confirmation message is displayed.

  3. Click OK.

    The measurement is deleted from the personal health record.

Print blood-glucose measurements

Procedure

  1. Select the measurement.
  2. Click PDF Print Preview.

    File Download opens.

  3. Click Open.

    A PDF Print Preview window opens, displaying the measurement.

  4. Click Print.

    Print opens.

  5. Select your print options and then click OK.

    The measurement details are printed.

  6. Close the Print Preview window.
