Security rights

The security properties for a section specify the security rights a Sunrise Patient Portal™ user must have to be able to view the information in the section after a patient submits the form.

The security rights that can be added to this section are selected from the Sunrise Clinical Manager™standard security rights as well as any custom security rights that have been defined by your enterprise.

Add security rights to a section

Procedure

  1. Select the section in the component tree.
  2. In the Security box, click Add.

    Security Rights opens, displaying a list of standard and enterprise-defined rights.

  3. Select the rights to apply to the section and click Add.

    Press Shift + Ctrl to make multiple selections

    The added rights are displayed in the Required to view field.

  4. When you are finished, click Save.

Results

Security Rights closes and the selected security rights are displayed in the Security field of the component properties editor.

Remove security rights from a section

Procedure

  1. Select the section in the component tree.
  2. In the Security box, select the security right to remove.
  3. Click Remove. The security right is removed from the list of security rights required to view the section.
