Announcements

The Announcements web part broadcasts messages from your healthcare organization to all patients.

You can view announcement details, print the list of announcements, or print details for an announcement.

Each announcement has an expiration date after which the announcement will be removed from the list.

View announcement details

Procedure

  1. Click the announcement name to open the Announcement Details window.
  2. Click Close to close the Announcement Details window.

Print the announcements list

Procedure

  1. Click the Options menu and select Print.

    A File Download box opens.

  2. Click Open.

    A PDF Print Preview window opens, displaying the list of announcements.

  3. Click Print.

    Print Options opens.

  4. Select your print options and then click OK.

    The list of announcements is printed.

  5. Close the Print Preview window.

Print announcement details

Procedure

  1. Click the announcement name to open Announcement Details.
  2. On Announcement Details, click the Options menu and select Print.

    A File Download box opens.

  3. Click Open.

    The PDF Print Preview window opens, displaying the announcement details.

  4. Click Print.

    Print Options opens.

  5. Select your print options and then click OK.

    The announcement details are printed.

  6. Close the Print Preview window.
