Account statistics

The Account Statistics web part displays user accounts that have been active within the last 10,000 site transactions.

The data in the Account Statistics web part is displayed in a table with each row corresponding to a user account. Details about each user account are displayed, including the account user name, display name, whether the account is connected to Sunrise Clinical Manager™ or Microsoft® HealthVault™, and other account information. You can sort the data in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header. Use the paging controls at the bottom of the table to navigate forward or backwards through the data.
Note: The time period represented by the account statistics depends the amount of user activity the site experiences.

The following table provides a description of each column and the data it represents.

Column Description
User name The user name for the account.
Display Name The full name of the account user.
Create Indicates whether the user account has been created.
  • A green icon indicates that the user account was created.
  • An empty cell indicates that the application cannot positively determine whether the user account was created using the current trace data.
Activate Whether the user account has been activated.
  • A green icon indicates that the user account was activated.
  • A red icon indicates that the user account was not activated.
  • An empty cell indicates that the application cannot positively determine whether the user account was activated using the current trace data.
SCM Whether the user account is connected to Sunrise Clinical Manager™.
  • A green icon indicates that the user account is connected to Sunrise Clinical Manager™.
  • A red icon indicates that the user account is not connected to Sunrise Clinical Manager™.
  • An empty cell indicates that the application cannot positively determine whether the user account is connected to Sunrise Clinical Manager™ using the current trace data.
MHV whether the user account is connected to Microsoft® HealthVault™.
  • A green icon indicates that the user account is connected to Microsoft® HealthVault™.
  • A red icon indicates that the user account is not connected to Microsoft® HealthVault™.
  • An empty cell indicates that the system cannot positively determine whether the user account is connected to Microsoft® HealthVault™ using the current trace data.
Login The number of times the user logged in.
Last Activity The date and time of the last activity of the user account.

Search account statistics

About this task

You can search for data in the account statistics table by creating a search string to query the data. The data fields you can search the data by include user name, display name, login, or last activity.

Procedure

  1. Click .search icon image The Search window appears.
  2. In the first drop-down field, select a field in which to apply your search.
  3. In the second drop-down field, select a comparison operator.
  4. In the last drop-down field, enter the criteria for your search.
  5. Click Find. The results matching your search criteria are displayed.
  6. To clear search results, click Reset.

    The search results are cleared and the table displays all account statistics.
