Retrieve your user name

If you have forgotten your user name, you can request to have it sent to the e-mail address registered with your account.

1. On the login page, click Forgot Your User Name? The Forgot User Name window opens.
2. Enter the e-mail address you registered with your account.
3. Click Continue. The system sends you an e-mail message containing the user name for the account registered with the e-mail address you provided. If you created several accounts using the same e-mail address, the e-mail message will contain all the user names associated with your accounts.
4. To close the Forgot User Name window, click Close.
5. Log into your e-mail account to retrieve your user name.
