Follow the instructions the website provides to connect to your personal health record. After your Sunrise Patient Portal™ account is connected to your personal health record, you will be able to view, add, update, and delete information stored in it. You can also copy information stored in your patient record with your care provider to your personal health record. To do this, your Sunrise Patient Portal™ account must be connected to both your patient record and your personal health record.
